These pancakes are my favorite post yoga snack and they're super easy to make. It was actually a Buddhist nun who taught me how to make these pancakes and I thought it would be nice to share the recipe with you (if anyone reads this).
So you'll need:
1 egg
Oat bran
Maple Syrup
Coconut oil
optional: berries, chia seeds, brown linseeds
Mix one egg, three table spoons of oat bran and one table spoon of maple syrup in a bowl until it's smoothly mixed together. Then you can mix in whatever else you want in your pancake (seeds, berries etc).

Put a teaspoon of coconut oil in a saucepan and heat until melted then add your pancake mixture. It's best to cook these pancakes on a low heat as they can burn very easily. Cook until golden brown and then flip over and cook the other side.
Then drizzle some maple syrup on top and serve with berries and a nice herbal tea (I went for lemongrass).
Hope you enjoy the recipe :)
